Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed from [Friday 17:01 to Saturday/Sunday] will be shipped on Monday.

*If Monday is a holiday, the item will be shipped on Tuesday.

We are closed on holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer vacation.

Closing days will be reported in advance on the app top screen "NEWS".

It depends on the shipping method.

◆If you have time for delivery, we will deliver it to you with free shipping via [Kuroneko Yu Packet]

Your order will be delivered by post within a week of your order.

◆I want it on hand quickly! If you are interested, we will deliver it by [Takkyubin] *Additional shipping fee of 800 yen

If you live in Honshu (excluding the Chugoku region), your order will be delivered the next day after the shipping date.

If you live in Hokkaido, Chugoku region, Shikoku, Kyushu, or Okinawa prefectures, your order will be delivered two days after the shipping date.

*Sado Island and Awaji Island are shipped the next day. Other remote islands will be delivered within 10 days (estimated).
