*Reservation time is 7 days to 2 hours before the desired time of use.

① Enter user information and register in the app (first time only)

②Set the boarding location

③Set the drop-off location

④Set either departure time or arrival time

⑤Reservation confirmed

⑥Wait at the boarding location by the reserved time

Service area covers all of Yamanashi City (excluding some areas such as mountain areas)
