*Bills will be delivered electronically and cannot be paid in cash.

3. You can check meter reading slips and water usage on the app.

Instead of paper meter reading slips, meter reading slips are delivered electronically within the app. You can check the amount of water used and charges for the past two years in an easy-to-understand graph.

4. You can check various information on your smartphone

Notifications from the Waterworks Bureau and inquiries about water supply stations during disasters are possible.

Equipped with English mode from March 1, 2023.

(In English mode, the only function available is the moving procedure.)
