Persons in charge of various regions and communities in Hong Kong and members of organizations in various functional sectors can submit work orders through the regional APP. After the work orders are submitted, they will be handed over to the administrator of the Runai Peer Platform for processing and allocation. The assigned volunteers will be assigned according to the work orders. Information provides residents with door-to-door maintenance, cleaning and other services, helps Hong Kong residents effectively solve the practical problems encountered in daily life, provides community charity services, and assists the grassroots community governance work of the Hong Kong SAR government.

「Longcaring-Region」 is an online volunteer work order management platform. Persons in charge of regions or communities, as well as members of organizations in various functional sectors in Hong Kong can submit work orders through the "Longcaring-Region" APP. After the work orders are submitted, they will be handed over to the administrators of Longcaring platform for processing and distribution. The assigned volunteers will provide on-site maintenance, cleaning and other services to residents based on work order information, helping Hong Kong residents effectively solve the practical problems they encounter in their daily lives. Provide community charity services to assist the grassroots community governance work of the Hong Kong SAR government.
