[About this app]

You can request a boarding reservation for the Koyuri-chan by entering the departure point and destination.

Once the requested reservation is confirmed, you can get on and off the Koyuri-chan at the designated time and boarding / alighting point (*).

In addition, you can check the current location and estimated arrival time of the vehicle in real time on the app.

* Depending on the reservation status, AI will specify the optimal boarding time and boarding point (bus stop or virtual bus stop (VBS)) each time.

* Please note that you cannot freely get on and off at any point other than the designated point.

[How to use the app]

① Request for boarding reservation

When you want to get on the Koyuri-chan, enter the departure point and destination and request a reservation.

② Reservation confirmation notification

When the reservation is confirmed, you will be notified of information related to boarding and alighting, such as "boarding time, boarding / alighting point, vehicle information, scheduled arrival time".

③ Move to the boarding place

Please move to the notified boarding point by the boarding time. Bus stop or VBS is specified as the boarding point

On the app, a map from your current location to the boarding point is displayed, and you can also check the current location of the vehicle and the scheduled pick-up time in real time.

④ Get on the Koyuri-chan

When the vehicle arrives, you can board after confirming your identity at the time of boarding. While boarding, you can check the operation route and estimated arrival time to the drop-off point in real time on the app.

* Please pay the fare by the prescribed method at the time of boarding. Please note that this app has only a reservation function and does not have a fare payment function.

⑤ Get off the Koyuri-chan

When you arrive at the drop-off point (bus stop or VBS) specified at the time of reservation confirmation, you can verify your identity again and get off.
