The "Seibu Line App" is an app that provides convenient and advantageous information to customers using Seibu Railway trains, stations, stores, etc.

■ Features of the Seibu Line app

〇Get on the train

・Easy-to-use screen with friendly design and intuitive operation

・You can see the same departure information as the departure information display (electronic bulletin board) at the station in real time.

・ Up to 10 trains will be displayed as "subsequent regular trains" ahead of the displayed train.

・The train scheduled to depart is displayed as an icon.

・Information is automatically updated every 30 seconds.

・You can switch the display of registered stations by swiping.

・Displays the weather and maximum and minimum temperatures for each station (Information provided by Weathernews Inc.)

・You can change the background color to make it your own favorite station.

〇 Ticketless service "Smooz" function

・You can conveniently purchase limited express tickets and reserved tickets from the Seibu Line app.

〇Information information

・In the upper left corner of the home screen, the image character “Rakkoro” holds a conch shell to inform you.

"News" lights up for new information.

・Important notices such as planned flight cancellations are displayed as easy-to-identify information overlaid on the illustration at the top of the home screen.

・When the official game of the professional baseball "Saitama Seibu Lions" is being held, the sea otter will notify you of the game in the dome stadium part of the upper illustration.

〇 Service information

- Operation information such as train delays is scrolled on the home screen, and the delay status is displayed on the route map on the operation information screen in an easy-to-understand manner.

・If the Seibu Line app is not running, you can receive operation information by push notification.

・Push notification reception settings can be set in detail for each day of the week and time period.

〇Train location information

・Displays real-time train position information for each line of Seibu Railway.

・The train display is based on the icon display of the actual vehicle.

・Special trains such as wrapping trains may be displayed with original icons.

- While the wrapping train is running, you can search for the running position.

・At transfer stations for other companies' lines, links are made to the official apps of each railway operator.

〇Vehicle information

From the train icon, you can check the equipment information (mild air-conditioned car, wheelchair space, fire extinguisher, emergency call device, etc.) inside the train.

〇Train navigation "Noru Tap"

When you tap "Get on this" from the train icon and select the station to get off, the current location of the running train and the platform map of the station to get off will be displayed on the Seibu Line app home screen. In addition, you will receive a get-off guide by push notification at the station one before the alighting station. If you have selected a limited express train or reserved seat train, you can purchase a limited express ticket or reserved seat ticket.

You can access station information from an easy-to-find route map.

〇 Bus information

You can check the timetable of buses departing from the bus stop at the station rotary in the form of a departure board.

For stations without a roundabout, we will guide you to a bus stop within walking distance.

〇 Surrounding information

Jump to "Gurutto Plus" full of outing information along the Seibu line (browser display).

〇Transfer information

You can search for transfer trains. In addition to entering the station name, you can also select from the route map. In addition, once a station has been searched, it will automatically remain on the screen as a frequently used station.

〇 Station details screen

In addition to displaying a photo of the vicinity of the ticket gate of the station as an image, you can check the functions of the home screen, as well as the commercial facilities inside the station.

〇Get on the bus

・You can check notifications from Seibu Bus by tapping the notification on the upper left of the screen.

・On the "Get on the Bus" screen, you can register the bus location from the departure bus stop to the arrival bus stop of your favorite bus as a My Route.

・To register a My Route, tap "Add My Route" on the screen and specify the departure and arrival bus stops.

・When adding My Route, you can register the return route at the same time.

・Tap "Timetable/Route" to check the Seibu Bus timetable and search for fares/routes.

・Tap "Distance/Fare" to search for Seibu bus fares.

・Tap "Route Map" to search for the Seibu Bus route map.

・You can check information about commuter passes and tickets by tapping "Commuter Pass".

・We do not support bus locations for jointly operated buses other than Seibu Bus on the same route.

・You may be required to register as a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB member in advance to use event coupons. You can register by tapping "Member Registration/Login". (We do not accept it at the station window.)
