Unsuccessful setup during:

a. initial / first time setup

b. product update (from a previous version)

WORKAROUND / FIX

------------

1. Go to SETTINGS > APP > thisApp > Clear Cache and Clear Storage then restart APP to try again. Repeat this process if needed.

2. Additionally, turn OFF any VPN App may also help to resolve this issue.

3. Try to uninstall and re-install the APP then repeat previous steps.
