The "Hanshin App" is the official app of Hanshin Electric Railway that delivers operation information to customers who use Hanshin Electric Railway.

■ Destination information

This function allows you to see the train departure times of each station on the Hanshin Electric Railway.

In addition, you can see the number of vehicles, stations, and delay times. Also, by registering the station you are using as "MY station", you can display the stations by time zone.

■ Diamond search

It is a function that allows you to see the transfer information by selecting the departure station and arrival station.

By registering "MY route" in advance, you can see the transfer information and arrival time immediately. However, you may not be able to search at the stations of some railway companies.

■ Train running position

This function allows you to see the train running positions of all commercial trains (excluding some sections) on Hanshin Electric Railway. By tapping the train icon, you can also see the number of vehicles, stations, and delay times. In addition, by tapping the app icon of another company's station that has a mutual direct operation or transfer relationship, you can transition to the train running position screen of the app of the company's station.

■ Operation information

This is a function that allows you to view the operation information of the Hanshin Electric Railway.

By registering the route you are using in advance, we will send you a push notification if an operation abnormality occurs on that route. You can also check the operation information by going to the website of each railway company.

■ Station information

It is a function that allows you to see the platform information and yard map of each station on the Hanshin Electric Railway, other companies' lines (maps), timetables, etc.

■ Delay certificate

A delay certificate can be issued when a delay of 5 minutes or more occurs while operating a commercial train.

■ Bus, taxi, share cycle cooperation

It is a function that allows you to see the bus stops of Hanshin Bus and Hankyu Bus, the taxi stand map of Hanshin Taxi, and the rental status of the share cycle on the destination information screen. You can also see the bus running position etc. by transitioning to each company's website.
