This is an app dedicated to viewing high-resolution precipitation nowcasts. Dot by Dot's high-definition screen is a clear, high-resolution image of the threat that surpasses that seen on a web browser!

The background is not map data such as Google Maps or OpenStreetMap (used by Yahoo etc.) where roads are displayed thicker and more conspicuous than in reality, but is based on map data from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, so it looks like a junior high school. It's as if the rain radar was displayed directly in an atlas!
