●Incoming call display is not available for data communication calls.
Calls made using data communication are not calls using a telephone line, so the incoming call display will not work. Rakuten Link and MVNO plans have a service that allows you to make voice calls using data communication, but in that case, the incoming call cannot be displayed. Please check whether your SIM contract plan uses a "phone line" to make calls (Support cannot answer questions about SIM plans)
