Target use:

- Disabled: People with severe disabilities (severely disabled) or citizens who have difficulty using public transportation due to temporary disabilities (with medical certificate, doctor's note)

- Senior citizens: Those over 65 who have difficulty using public transportation among citizens who have a certificate of long-term care for the elderly

- Pregnant women: Pregnant women under Article 2 of the Maternal and Child Health Act.

Usage fee:

- Basic fare 1,100 won up to 4km / 100 won per 1km in excess

- Fees and waiting fees for outside use vary by region
