LG U+'s customer center app has been updated to Your U+. From checking your data usage to purchasing a new phone, you can do it all with one app.

■ My subscription information at a glance

You can see this month's fee, data remaining or usage amount, additional services you signed up for, contract, and installment information at a glance on the first screen.

■ Frequently used menus are just a click away!

Frequently used menus, such as my subscription information, rate plan inquiry/change, data exchange, and real-time rate check, can be quickly accessed with shortcut buttons.

■ Pay close attention to benefits

You can check the rate discount benefits you are receiving and various benefits you are missing out on.

■ Easily find the information you need

You can easily search for desired menus and products with keyword auto-completion and page shortcuts.

■ Chatbot consultation that is awake 24 hours a day

You can consult with the chatbot without time restrictions, even late in the evening or on weekends.

■ If there is a problem, solve it!

When calls or data are disconnected, you can request on-site inspection directly from the app.

U+ customers can use the app for free data.

When you go to another Internet page through the app, data usage charges are incurred.

▶ Permission consent information

To use your U+, you need to agree to access permissions.

If you do not agree to the required permissions, you cannot use the app.

[Required access rights]

· Phone: If you dial the phone number, you will be connected immediately.

· Save: Attach or save a file.

[Optional access rights]

· Location: You can use features such as improving call quality or guiding stores near you.

· Camera: When recognizing card information, you can take a picture with the camera.

· Notifications: You can receive notifications of bill arrival, event information, etc.

· Display on top of other apps: You can use visible ARS.

· Microphone: You can use the microphone for chatbot voice recognition.

· Contacts: When gifting data, you can recall contacts saved on your phone.
