1. Precautions before firmware update

1) If the watch is connected to the Wrist Doctor 9988 app, “Disconnect” the watch from the Wrist Doctor 9988 app.

2) Android phone: Unregister the registered MP-203 or MP-301 watch in Settings > Bluetooth.

3) You can proceed with the update by selecting the watch you are using in the firmware update app.
