The Starcall driver app is a smartphone-based delivery service.

The app provides a delivery service where a driver, who receives an order through the app, uses the order information and location to pick up the item from the store or delivery location, then drives to the destination and delivers it.

📱 Rider App Service Access Permissions

The Rider app requires the following access permissions to provide its services.

📷 [Required] Camera Permission

Purpose: This permission is required to take photos and upload them to the server during service operations, such as taking photos of completed deliveries and sending electronic signature images.

🗂️ [Required] Storage Permission

Purpose: This permission allows you to select photos from the gallery and upload the completed delivery photos and signature images to the server.

※ Replaced with the Photo and Video Selection permission on Android 13 and higher.

📞 [Required] Phone Permission

Purpose: This permission is required to call customers and merchants to provide delivery status updates or respond to inquiries.

📍 [Required] Location Permission (Precise Location, Background Location)

Purpose: We use your real-time location while you're working to perform delivery tasks such as dispatching, sharing progress, and receiving arrival notifications.

🛡️ [Required] Use of Foreground Service (Location)

Purpose: We use FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION to reliably provide real-time location-based features (dispatch/progress/arrival notifications) while you're working, even when the screen is off or you're using another app.
