[main function]

■ Join as a member of T-money onda

- You can apply for subscription through the T-money onda driver app, and your subscription will be approved after confirmation by the administrator.

- Taxi driver license photo registration, account registration, and education completion are required.

- If you are having trouble signing up, please contact the customer center (1644-0635).

■ Receiving passenger calls

- You can receive a call in the “waiting call” state.

- When dispatching a call, the driver is judged to be the closest vehicle to the passenger. Be sure to “accept the call”!

- When performing a call, the meter-linked area automatically proceeds to the destination route guidance and payment stage by checking the meter information.

■ Designated dispatch

- T-money onda checks the meter information of the vehicle in the meter-linked area and dispatches the vehicle if it is empty.

- T-money onda designates the most optimal vehicle in consideration of communication information among vehicles within a radius of 1km from the passenger. (“Precious Ondacall~”)

■ Preferred dispatch, leave mode

- If you set a preferred dispatch area, dispatch will be prioritized according to the priority of the preferred area. (“Onda Preferred Area Call!”)

- If you set the leave address and turn on the leave mode while waiting for a call, passengers in the leave area are dispatched with the highest priority. (“Coming home call from work!”)

■ Automatic payment

- In the case of “automatic payment call”, in the meter-linked area, after arriving at the destination, press the payment button on the meter, and the operation fee is automatically delivered to the payment machine or smartphone. (Toll charges and additional charges need to be entered, and operation fees need to be entered for areas not connected to the meter)

- Be sure to press the “Auto Payment” button!

- You can check the number and details of the driver's operation by period.

■ Educational video

- You can watch T-money onda instructional videos at any time in the Notices/Events/Educational Video menu.

■ Mileage deposit details

- You can check the mileage deposit details in the menu, and you can change the payment account information.

■ 1:1 inquiry

- You can register an inquiry in the Inquiry tab and check the details in the inquiry history when the answer is completed.
