한국항공대학교 모바일통합앱(KAU ON)

KAU ON is the newly launched official mobile integrated app of Korea Aerospace University that integrates the main functions of the existing KAU ID app and the integrated information system (portal) to conveniently use academic information, campus life, and school services in one app.

‘KAU ON’ contains the meanings of ‘ON’, ‘ON’, and ‘ON’, and aims for “an aviation university life that is always ON”.

■ KAU ON Main Functions

[How to issue KAU ID]

Run KAU ON app → Log in to Integrated Information System (Portal System) account (ID, PW) → Click [Apply for KAU ID issuance] button → Issue immediately

[How to use KAU ID]

Run KAU ON and scan QR student ID with barcode reader (library entry, seat assignment machine, manned borrowing/return, etc.), scan NFC student ID with mobile phone with RF reader

[Available services]

- Students: KAU ID (mobile student ID), electronic attendance, library reading room seat and study room reservation, academic inquiry, various on-campus applications, viewing on-campus notices, etc.

- Faculty: KAU ID (mobile ID), lecture information, electronic approval, viewing on-campus notices, faculty KAU ID service, etc.

* Note

- This app can be used only with an Integrated Information System (Portal System) account.

- Mobile student ID (KAU ID) can be issued only if there is a history of issuing a physical student ID.

- The registered mobile phone number at the time of issuance must be saved in the integrated information system (portal system).

- If you lose your mobile phone, you must register the loss through the Smart Campus Integrated Service (https://kid.kau.ac.kr/).

- It can only be used on one device at a time, and if you change your mobile phone, you must change the device through the Smart Campus Integrated Service (https://kid.kau.ac.kr/) and reissue it.

- NFC ID can only be used on devices that support Android 4.4 or later HCE.
