Step2 Tap the person you want to call from the list screen.

Step3 Tap the phone number to make a call.

What is Mobile Choice/Mobile Choice 050?

This service allows employees to use their personal mobile phones for business purposes. By simply adding a 6-digit number in front of your business phone number, you can bill your business all at once to your company.

■Advantage 1: No need to lend mobile phones to employees! Basic charges are free, reducing costs!

Employees can use their own cell phones for work and private purposes, so there is no need to lend cell phones to employees.

It is possible to reduce costs such as basic fees. Employees no longer need to carry around two mobile phones.

■Advantage 2: Bulk billing frees you from complicated payment work!

Even if an employee's personal cell phone is used for business purposes, there is no need to calculate only the business call charges from the usage statement!

With Mobile Choice, all business calls are billed to the company in one lump sum, freeing you from complicated billing procedures and also eliminating the need for you to see your personal call details.

With Mobile Choice, you only pay the actual call charges, making it easier to manage call charges.

What is mobile call recording service?

・Contracted lines for this service will be assigned numbers starting with "050".

- When making a call from a contracted line for this service, by adding "0037-690" when making the call, the number starting with "050" will be notified to the other party and the content of the call will be recorded. Additionally, when the other party calls that "050" number, the call is received on the line subscribed to this service and the content of the call is recorded.

*We are currently preparing a smartphone app and a ``cloud phonebook'' (free service) that is more secure and allows you to manage your phonebook on the cloud. Both can automatically dial "0037-690".

- When the other party answers the call, a guidance will be played to notify both the caller and receiver that the call will be recorded.

・The recorded call content will be converted into an audio file and sent to a server specified by the customer.

・Once the audio file has been sent to the customer-specified server, it will be deleted from Rakuten Mobile's equipment.

*Pre-registration is required to use the "Mobile Choice"/"Mobile Choice 050"/"Mobile Call Recording" services.
