The goal of the challenge is not to walk 10,000 steps every day, but to walk.

Walk more often than before. Walk as part of normal days instead of driving.

Walking for rest of body and soul, walking for joy and health.

Walk for yourself and others. Walking for a better city and relationships with friends.

In short, to revive what we may have already forgotten.
