Using a mobile application, the user has the opportunity to create applications, view previously created applications, receive push notifications about changes in their status, maintain a list of selected addresses and receive information about the lack of housing and communal services and the inclusion of heating at these addresses.

By contacting the contact center, the user can associate his account with the information about the applicant who contacted by phone and gain access to the previously sent by phone applications.

The mobile application is designed to send non-emergency requests. In accordance with the regulations for processing requests, the moderation time is up to 72 hours. Request response time - in accordance with the legal regulations.
