About 200 Squats: Training Plan

Make 200 squats in a row in six weeks

200 squats - is a simple program with which you will be able to perform two hundred squats in a row in six weeks.

It is important to keep the proper technique for performing squats. The back should be kept natural curved, don't bend too much.

Before you start the training, you need to consult with a doctor and perform an initial test on the basis of which your actual level of training will be defined.

Workouts should be conducted three times a week, between workouts has to be at least one day of rest.
