The 2DONE app allows tenants to raise breakdown maintenance requests for issues in their building or their own assets.

Based on the logged-in tenant, the tenant's building and all the assets in their building are prepopulated.

The tenant can select the asset that requires breakdown maintenance and submit a maintenance ticket with a request description.

Any support staff can log in to the app to view the ticket and resolve it by assigning a technician, material, or vendor as required to resolve the issue. These support activities can be seen in the "Support Actions" tab of the tenant.

The Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule list is generated periodically in the backend system and is available in the support staff login.

Note: This app is intended only for Kalhat (our client) staff and Muscat Bay (our client's site) tenants. Kalhat site staff and Muscat Bay tenants, with mapping of site units and assets, are registered in the backend system. Only tenants/staff from the above companies can log in and use our app.
