For 2Ship customers who use Internal Ops there’s Full Chain of Custody to:

• Receive Inbound shipments

• Assign Employees

• Take pictures and record damages

• Deliver packages to employees with Sign-on-Glass

• Record additional events and statuses scans (In Transit, Delivery Attempts…)

• Hold packages for Employee Pickup

• Pickup packages from Employee Desks

• Transfer packages to Mailroom

For our Retail Click and Collect customers, you can:

• Receive Orders

• Assign Storage Location Attributes

• Relocate Packages

• Alert Customers via email and SMS

• Manage Customer Pickup with QR Codes and One Time Pins

For our Crossdockers, you can:

• Receive Shipments

• Consolidate Shipments

• Ship Next to print labels for the next leg
