370 Status Check

Check your SASSA SRD R370 grant status and see your monthly outcomes in one place. 370 Status Check is an unofficial, independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by SASSA or the South African Government.

The SRD grant was previously known as the R350 grant.

Check your grant status

Enter your 13-digit South African ID number and the mobile number used for your application. View the outcomes returned by SASSA, grouped by year, including approved, pending and declined months. No separate app account is required.

Understand each month

Open a month to see the available reason and payment information. Your ID number is masked in the results summary. Share your status with the ID masked, or choose Check another number to return to the form.

View SRD payment dates

See payment windows with clear Confirmed or Estimate labels. An estimated window is not a confirmed payment date. A general payment window does not guarantee when your individual grant will be paid.

Set an optional reminder

Choose a reminder for the start of an available payment window. Estimated windows are also identified as estimates in the reminder.

Choose what this phone remembers

Remember on this phone is optional. If you enable it, your details are saved on the device after a successful check. Use Clear my details to remove them. Every status check requests a fresh result; the app does not show an old result as a new check.

How status checks work

An internet connection is required. Your ID number and application phone number are sent over HTTPS to SASSA, directly or through our Google Cloud relay in South Africa. The relay does not store these details or your status results. Availability depends on the source service and your connection.
