As soon as a QR code appears on your receipts, you can use the 5àsec application to:

• Find your electronic tickets.

• Receive a notification as soon as your clothes are ready.

• Benefit from Express Depot, the free skip-the-line service (if your store is equipped)

• Identify yourself at checkout using your digital card.

• Pay online (if your store is equipped)

WHY USE THE APPLICATION?

• EXPRESS DEPOSIT*: Take advantage of Express Deposit*, a free skip-the-line service that allows you to drop off your clothes without waiting in line. You receive your ticket a few minutes later and pay automatically from your app. You save time!

• MY ORDERS: Follow the status of your orders in real time, find your tickets in the application and consult the history. From now on, you no longer risk losing your ticket, it is directly in your application!

• CLOTHES READY ALERT: You are notified by notification on your smartphone when your items are ready. Show your ticket from your smartphone at the checkout or collect your order without waiting at the automatic return door*.

• ONLINE PAYMENT: You can add your bank card and pay online without waiting, as soon as you receive your ticket on your smartphone. No more waiting at the counter!

• SUBSCRIPTION: Check the balance of your current subscriptions. Activate automatic renewal of your subscriptions and continue to benefit from attractive rates.
