At 5BTV we are all about promoting healthy lifestyles. We would like to introduce you to our 5 Bridges (5B) to healthy living virtual (TV) platform. 5BTV meets your health and fitness needs from the comfort and safety from a location of your choosing, available anytime and anywhere. 5BTV is an online experience providing live classes, an on-demand library and extensive health and fitness content. The origin of the name 5BTV comes from our community and roots in central Pennsylvania. There are 5 bridges that cross the Susquehanna River and we are using these as a metaphor to symbolize the 5 bridges to total wellness: fitness, nutrition, recovery, education, and community. Each “bridge” is addressed by our certified health and fitness professionals through classes, demonstrations, interviews and targeted content.

Our site is actively growing with fresh content and live classes added almost every day. It is designed for people who enjoy the full class experience and for those that have busy schedules and are “short on time.” There is literally something for everyone with instructional “how to” videos that address movements for beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts.
