The 79th Annual Session of IRC is being held on 22nd to 25th November 2018 at the historic city of Nagpur , the Second Capital of Maharashtra State. This city is centrally located in the heart of India, so it is well connected by Roads, Railways and Air routes. The Annual Session of IRC is an event of National importance. It attracts participation from National and International Technical Experts and Administrators working for Central and State Governments and Public Undertakings in addition to senior representatives from private enterprises engaged in the development of Roads infrastructure.
