A GPS tracking based Customer Care & Task Management app for businesses with field staff/employees who are on field most of the time. It allows managers of Field Staff teams to send tasks to assign tasks to the field staff online from a web interface, the task will be sent as a notification on his/her mobile.

The employees can see the type of work/job to be performed along with the client's location, overdue invoicing on their mobile interface. The app assists the field staff in performing the assigned task and all activities of the are captured and synced with the web interface for manager’s perusal.
