A walk in Paris

You can use this application by walking around freely, or by following a tour route.

Free walks

You can display the 10 closest points of interest based on your GPS location, among the 130 points already identified by the application. Each of these points has a detailed page to know its history and its particularities.

Guided tours

Several routes are offered, connecting 5 to 10 centers of interest. They allow you to discover a district or a theme (example: Paris in the Middle Ages)

The application can be used offline and without being physically on site. This way, you can use to prepare your trip in Paris.

A few words from the author.

I have been working on this project since March 2021, as a student in history / art history. I hope to make this project evolve. For that, I invite you to give me all your opinions and suggestions, and to report all the errors encountered, even small ones. You can use the comments in the application or send me an email via the links at the end of each monument sheet.
