A2W Consultor is an application aimed at technical sales consultants in agribusiness. It works offline, where the consultant has access to all the information to best serve its customers, such as registration, purchase history, financial transactions and much more. It is integrated with the main ERPs on the agro market and includes the following functionalities: Consultation of customer data from the sales consultant's portfolio; release of the purchase potential of each customer with the harvest forecast; product data consultation; launch of offline and online sales orders; price update according to order due date; possibility for the customer to digitally sign the order on the cell phone screen; order query; consultation of billings by client; follow-up of the sales order workflow (from the order to billing); queries of pending financial securities per customer; consultation of the credit limit and other customer registration information; programming and registration of activities in the agenda with the status of each one; registration of various types of activities such as technical visits with photos, diagnosis and application suggestions; follow-up of your main indicators, goals, sales, how much is left to reach the goal; additional module (purchased separately) for Sales Expense Reports (RDVs), in which tools are available for launching and managing sales reports and expenses, where the sales consultant enters the expenses with their receipts and, when saving, sends to the web platform for review and approval.
