With the AbaOrder app, customer orders can be entered directly on your smartphone and transferred to Abacus Business Software. AbaOrder offers an efficient order processing which is tailored to the needs of field service representatives.

Entry of orders via the scan function

The quick entry of orders is guaranteed by the scan function and the possibility to manually enter articles and delivery addresses. These entries can be specified by comments, descriptions and the entry of a delivery date.

User-friendliness included

AbaOrder is optimized to simplify order entry on the smartphone. This allows the app to set filters according to different criteria, such as a technical designation or article number in order to quickly locate products.

Efficient order processing

Sales orders can be entered via smartphone independent of location and transferred directly to the order processing software of Abacus Business Software. Thanks to the mobile entry, the administrative costs for processing an order are significantly reduced and the business processes become increasingly efficient. With AbaOrder, media discontinuity and paper forms for order processing are a thing of the past.

Enter orders offline

Customer and product data are available offline after a one-time download, allowing the entry of customer orders without a permanent internet connection. As soon as an internet connection is available, the pre-entered orders are automatically transmitted to Abacus Business Software.

Synchronous data storage

When using multiple smartphones or tablets at the same time, the data on all devices can be synchronized. Customer orders that have been entered on one device are automatically transferred to the other linked devices.

• Abacus Version 2017 or Version 2016 Hotfix 20.12.2016

• Abacus Order Processing software or Invoicing

• The ess-user of AbaOrder must have user rights to Order Processing and Business Process Engine
