Abdulbasit Abdulsamad Holy Qur

Qari "Abdul-Basit" Abdus-Samad , Abdulbasit Abdulsamad (1927–1988) (Arabic; عبد الباسط عبد الصمد), was a renowned Egyptian Qari (reciter of the Qur'an).

The Qari had won three world Qira'at competitions in the early 1970s. ‘Abdus-Samad was one of the famouse huffaz to make recordings of his recitations, and the first president of the Reciters' Union in Egypt.

Many first or second of his name ; Abdulbasit Abdulsamad or Abdel Baset abdel Samad or Abdul basit Abdessamad or Abdulbassit - Abdelbassit.
