What We Do?

This service is free.

We collect data on the older adults’ age, gender, and current daily living activities. We use these data to predict most likely scenarios (progression, recoveries, and death) in the next year.

The purpose of these predictions is to provide you with a scenario-based planning and to make you aware of upcoming likely events.

No future is for sure. Our predictions may not occur.

The clinicians and the residents can use this information to prevent likely events.

We do not collect personal information that identifies the residents (e.g. name, phone, email, social security number, etc.).

We do not sell data entered into the system.

We do not contact you, for any reason, in any manner, unless you contact us.

Our forecasts are cross-validated and based on complex data analytics algorithms.

Keep in mind that, due to the complex nature of ADLs, the resident’s actual experience may differ from our predictions.
