The app is exclusively for apartment users and offers the following functions:

- Set up appointment reminders

- Carry out appointment cancellations and self-reading of the measuring devices

- View consumption

- Record intermediate readings of the measuring devices for your own monitoring

- Download the heat bill and other documents

- Easy communication to ABM via ticket system

Access to the "ABM direct" app is only possible for customers of the ABM Group and with an access code. You can find this on your meter reading slip. Alternatively, you can request access from your property manager.
