Accelerate Halma 2021

Accelerate Halma 2021 is Halma’s biennial event, which in 2021 will be held across 3 locations - China, US and UK on 21 and 22 October.

After almost a year and a half apart, this is an important moment for us to reconnect and, where possible, to be together in person. The Halma network is one of our competitive strengths, and we want to use this event to renew old connections, build new relationships, and inspire our leadership to seize the opportunities ahead.

The event will be a combination of face-to-face and virtual sessions. All three hubs will come together for parts of each day, and we will be using technology to enable this to happen.

The theme for the event will be Grow Forward – which will focus on amplifying our ambition for the future, and will include the following:

- Connecting with and leveraging the Halma network

- Embedding Halma’s DNA and operating model

- Strengthening our growth mindset

- Focus on our sustainability objectives

- Celebrating our successes

- Setting the stage for the future

This promises to be our most ambitious and exciting event yet.
