AcoMed is an application designed to collaborate with professionals in the control of ambulatory oral anticoagulation.

Provide the user

1) Calculators of: time in therapeutic range (TTR), embolism risk score CHA₂DS₂-VASc and risk of hemorrhagic risk HAS-BLED.

2) The possibility of creating a mini-story with an individualized electronic record of oral anticoagulant treatment with vitamin K antagonists or direct oral anticoagulants. In each patient their scores can be archived, and in the case of treatment with AVK their time in therapeutic range, and also adverse events.

3) Simplified guidelines on practical aspects of treatment (dose, duration according to pathology, dose adjustments, interaction with food and drugs, behaviors against bleeding and others.
