ATTITUDE is a tool that complements the management of pelvic floor dysfunctions in female athletes, providing information, exercise programs and direct communication with health professionals, according to their symptoms. ATTITUDE does not replace the health professional, but rather complements the autonomous part of the approach that the professional himself proposes. It is this figure that proposes, registers and monitors the athlete in the use of the application. If you are a health professional, you can propose its use to athletes with pelvic floor dysfunctions. If you are an athlete, you will need your health professional to register and register you in order to use it.

ATTITUD is part of a research project, financed by the Higher Sports Council in the Call for Grants for Research Projects in Science and Technology applied to Physical Activity Beneficial to Health (AFBS) and Sports Medicine", charged to the European funds (NextGenerationEU) of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan» for the year 2022 (ref: EXP_74607).
