ActiWit

Research shows that mindfulness programs can help children diagnosed with ADHD. Neurofeedback has been used for the last 40 years in treating ADHD. At ActiWit, we are combining neurofeedback and mindfulness to develop a researched based intervention for mental health. We are starting the research with children diagnosed with ADHD. This pilot study application will help a selected group of children go through a 4-week mindfulness program in combination with biofeedback. The children will work with their providers and parents on this study.

ActiWit is a health technology platform company that leverages portable brain imaging technology to treat and diagnose neurological disorders. Our first mission is to deliver a personalized behavioral treatment plan for children with Attention Deficit Hypertensive Disorder (ADHD). We are currently in a feasibility study phase and launching this app to work with 10 therapists across the US and ~50 children on a closed group research study.
