Adaptive Schools

The Adaptive Schools app assists groups and individuals in developing norms and skills to work more efficiently and effectively in a collaborative manner. It supports groups who want to engage in shared decision-making, professional learning communities, and conduct successful meetings. It is particularly relevant to those who have participated in the Adaptive Schools Foundation Seminar. In addition to the free download (which includes norms surveys, meeting inventories, and self assessment instruments), the in-app purchase provides the user with survey information about group energy sources and descriptions of 150 strategies, by category.
