1.Added the "Border Resistance".
2.Opened the event "Astrological Hut".
3.Added the week 3 [Novice Training] quests.

Adjustments
1.Changed the effect of Azariah's lv.30 Fate Star: within 8 seconds, all heroes can additionally restore Energy when using skill 2.
2.Now players no longer need to wait to watch another Gem-rewarding ad after watching one. An ad will provide more Gems than the previous ad.
