In addition, thanks to the members who are not usually involved, communication that has never been seen occurs.

The number of thanks can be aggregated as data. (You can check the aggregated results from the browser version of Agelu.)

The greater the number of gratitude, the more active the communication within the organization and the more the management philosophy is permeated.
