Registered authorized agents can access the New Shantika Agent application. Agents can increase ticket sales through the application. Agents can see directly the details of income and expenses that must be deposited to New Shantika. The main features of the New Shantika Agent Application are as follows:

1. Ticket Purchase

Agents can serve fleet ticket purchases through the application. The ticket purchase will be recapitulated by the system and the transaction details can be seen.

2. Seat Booking

Agents can book fleet seats, then proceed to make reservations.

3. E-ticket redemption

The agent can serve the exchange of e-tickets for passengers whose departure is through the agent.

4. Transaction Report

Agents can view a recap of transaction reports made based on the date of departure.
