Unlike other apps on the market, our comping system shows you the high, average, and low prices per square foot then multiplies it by the current listing's square footage to give you a realistic value of the home's pricing.

AgentRated also gives you the best insight in to whom you should choose to represent you in your real estate transaction. You will only see agents who have sold homes in the past year in the area you are considering. You can also review their profile to see how many listings they have and the listings they have sold in the past year.
