This program focuses on healthy eating, exercise and behavior change with personalized feedback and motivational tools. AGILE includes educational lessons, resources, multimedia content, recipes, and location services. Personalized feedback is given based on user performance. Users connect their Fitbit account to AGILE. Users may opt out of data collection at any point.
