JSW Aikyam App is a one stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led product that leverages existing products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement, Paints and enables field officers to provide integrated offerings to large infrastructure projects. This app also enables them to perform their daily activities in easy and efficient manner.

Helps in recording all the actions performed during the visit and supplies the collected information to the central system for analytics and decision making. Facilitates tracking of orders, tasks and complaints and helps field officers by feeding all necessary information to answer the queries around any order, complaint, or any pending tasks.

Important tools and calculators are integrated with real time data to help field officers in their job. AI / ML based intelligent nudges are enabled to help them with sales growth.
