Privacy, specifically

AisleUp watches for your registered stores. Nothing else.

We use Android's Geofencing API — a geofence around each store you choose — so we know you've arrived without ever following you anywhere else. Arrival events are kept for thirty days, then deleted.

No advertisers. No analytics SDKs. No third-party tracking. The app ships with Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery and nothing else.

You're in control: pause broadcasts for the day, turn them off per-store, or remove a store at any time.

Requirements

• Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later

• Sign in with Google

• Location permission set to "Allow all the time" for arrival detection (you can disable it any time)

• On some manufacturer-specific Android skins (Xiaomi, OPPO, realme, Samsung), AisleUp may ask to be excluded from battery optimization so geofence callbacks aren't suppressed by the system. This is a one-time prompt during onboarding.
