Ajax Response

Ajax Response is an app for rapid response teams to act quickly on alarms and incidents — from initial dispatches to final reports. It features an intuitive interface built for field use, with clear layouts and deliberate interactions that help reduce accidental taps.

With the app, rapid response units can:

- Receive alarm events and instantly see on a map where action is needed;

- View full site details, including its name, address, coordinates, photos, floor plans, notes, and information about the triggered device and exact room;

- Track every step of the response through status updates, keeping monitoring station operators informed in real time;

- Set availability status for better coordination with monitoring station operators;

- Share the site address with a preferred navigation app in one tap;

- Complete incidents with clear reporting by selecting a predefined alarm cause or adding a custom one.

Ajax Response Unit is available for both smartphones and tablets. Access to the app is secured and tightly controlled by the monitoring company. Each device with Ajax Response Unit installed is authorized via Ajax PRO Desktop and linked to a monitoring company account. This ensures that only approved devices and rapid response units can operate within the system.
