With Beirut at the heart of our concept, al Balad restaurant was created in 2000 to promote and spread the vibrant feeling of the city. A cuisine feeding both the taste and the eye but also carrying an exquisite combination of traditional and cosmopolitan heritage for the soul. Aiming to celebrate Lebanese cuisine, al Balad revolutionalised the food sector by providing Lebanese dishes and delicacies as casual dining.
