Record your learning content (1-10 minutes), adjusts the volume of your phone (tablet), go to bed and set the time when you will sleep.

The app is playing your voice automatically, five times during the night, in specific sleep phases.

If you wake up - reduce the loudness and push the button "SLEEP" - the app continues.

Geh schlafen und stell deine Einschlafzeit ein.

Die App spielt den Inhalt automatisch, fünf mal in spezifischen Schlafphasen ab.

Falls du aufwachst, reduziere die Lautstärke und drücke auf "Sleep" - die App arbeitet weiter.
