Take your history with you. You can fill in the information or upload your medical report in

PDF format, to do so you must click on the edit button. Swipe the screen to the

documents tab, add with the +, select your document preferably in

Pdf format. Click on the tab to return and finally save.

Medications: Fill your medication and click add medication. Enter the

medicine name, stock number and units and press the button

General Agenda (Monthly): The agenda allows you to add reminders of your appointments,

tests and medication It can be displayed daily, weekly or monthly. To set the calendar press + to add new reminder, fill in the fields, and choose the type of reminder. If it is a medication, choose the medication and set the dosage, finally press add reminder. If you need to modify a reminder, swipe left, make changes and update the reminder. For the other options, indicate the date and plan the alarms and add a reminder.
