This is the Hakka Pontianak Language Bible app for Android. This version brings Luke, John, Acts, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus and James in the Hakka Pontianak Language. Available 100% free.

One of the areas with the largest Hakka population is in West Kalimantan, spread along Pontianak, Ketapang, Sungai Pinyuh, Singkawang and surrounding areas. The Hakka language in each region is different in its speech which has blended into the richness of local culture.

The vocabulary used in this translation is Hakka Pontianak dialect used in their daily communication, making it possible for everyone to understand it, using recommendations from several versions of the Indonesian Bible, namely: New Translation (TB), Current Indonesian (BIMK), Easy to Read Bible (AMD) , Simple Indonesian Translation (TSI), Living Word of God (FAYH), and also based on the meaning of the original text.

Due to the constraints of the writing system which makes it difficult to determine tone and other constraints, the translation of the Hakka New Testament is in voice/audio form. However, we still present this Hakka New Testament in simple spelling form, with the aim of enabling Hakka people to enjoy God's Word in various media.
